1.2. By using the Service, launching the bot, registering, paying, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full.
1.3. A User who does not accept the Terms must stop using the Service.

4. Lawful use
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The User must comply with applicable law and third-party rules and remains responsible for the legality of their use.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. Service materials are protected by intellectual-property law.
5.2. Materials may not be copied, distributed, resold, transferred, or otherwise used without the rights holder’s permission.
5.3. Infringement may result in access being restricted without compensation.

7. Payments and refunds
7.1. Payment is made on the terms shown before purchase.
7.2. Digital goods are non-refundable after access is provided, except when a technical failure prevents delivery or access is never provided.
7.3. Refund requests must be submitted to support within 24 hours of payment and are reviewed individually.
7.4. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback before contacting support.
8. Privacy
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data needed to operate the Service.
8.2. Reasonable safeguards are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Changes
